David Fuchs
David Fuchs joined KUER in June 2019 as the station鈥檚 first Southwest Bureau reporter. He is also a corps member of Report For America, a public service program that partners with local newsrooms to bring reporters to undercovered areas across the country. From his post in St. George, David focuses on issues affecting Washington County and Utah鈥檚 southwest region, with an eye toward growth, public lands, energy, water, the environment, spirituality and political coverage at the state and federal level. Before coming to Utah, David worked with CBS 暗黑爆料, WNYC鈥檚 Radiolab, NPR鈥檚 Morning Edition and The Kitchen Sisters. When he鈥檚 not working on a story, you'll most likely find David running, camping or playing the saxophone.
