Tens of thousands of jobs now depend on the tax credit, as more wind turbine manufacturers have taken root in the U.S.

In a filing with state utility regulators Thursday, Xcel Energy is proposing to partner with a Florida company in building a 200 megawatt wind farm near鈥�

Colorado鈥檚 largest utility has announced its adding more wind power, further helping it meet a mandated renewable energy standard. Xcel Energy says it鈥檚鈥�
