VIDEO: Obama And Biden Unveil Gun Violence Proposals

Vice President Biden introduced the President who delivered remarks outlining proposals for handling gun violence.

President Obama's included calls on Congress to enact universal background checks, a renewed assault weapons ban, a 10-round limit for magazines, 23 executive orders, and a nomination to head the ATF.
