Mr. Romney鈥檚 running mate, Wisconsin congressman Paul Ryan, will hold a noon rally at Walker Manufacturing in Fort Collins Wednesday. He鈥檒l then travel to Colorado Springs for a 6:30 rally at America the Beautiful Park.
