Immigrant rights groups in Colorado say they hope President Barack Obama鈥檚 deferred deportation executive order will have an impact on local policies, such as efforts to pass a new tuition category for certain illegal immigrant students.
Immigrants are also bracing for the new federal program and figuring out what they'll need in order to apply. KUNC鈥檚 Bente Birkeland has more from the state capitol.
