Colorado鈥檚 congressional races are gearing up but things may end before they really get started for the Democratic candidate running in the 4^th Congressional District. KUNC鈥檚 Brian Larson spoke to Colorado Statesman Publisher Jody Hope Strogoff about Senate President Brandon Shaffer about the likelihood of him switching districts.
