Capitol Conversation: Supreme Court Hears the Lobato Case

It鈥檚 now up to the Colorado Supreme Court to decide the fate of a historic education funding case after hearing oral arguments last Thursday.

Parents and several school districts sued the state for failing to offer a uniform and thorough education system and not putting enough money into schools. A lower court agreed with the plaintiffs.
