The 64th annual has diverted from its usual broad theme to point specifically this year to 鈥淧olitical Dialogue As It Should Be.鈥�
The keynote address will be given this morning at 11:30 in by Alice Rivlin. Rivlen is a founding director of the bipartisan Congressional Budget office and a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution. Her talk is entitled 鈥淐an the Center Hold: Democracy and Governance in a Polarized America.鈥�
