Colorado’s Lieutenant Governor took the stand this week in a lawsuit challenging the state’s education funding system. A 2005 lawsuit filed in Denver District Court contends the Colorado legislature’s method of funding violates the state constitution’s promise to provide a “thorough and uniform” education system.
