Colorado Housing Trends Reflect Broader Economic Picture

New foreclosure filings in the state have been declining, and fell to a 30-month low in Colorado鈥檚 metropolitan counties during February.  But foreclosures are just one part of the overall housing picture. 

KUNC鈥檚 Erin O鈥橳oole talks with Ryan McMaken from the Colorado Division of Housing about trends in housing over the past year and the past decade.
