On Thursday, the Supreme Court will hear arguments over whether Donald Trump can remain on the ballot in Colorado, where that state's highest court ruled that he violated a constitutional provision targeting those who "engaged in insurrection."

The State Controller鈥檚 Office said a software configuration issue was hiding spending data in the checkbook across all state agencies.

Tuesday's decision comes at a crucial time for both Trump and the federal case against him. He almost certainly will appeal the ruling either to the full D.C. Circuit or to the Supreme Court.
