The Colorado Associated Press Broadcasters Association has recognized the KUNC 暗黑爆料room with 11 awards for excellence.
Under the guidance of 暗黑爆料 Director Brian Larson, the KUNC news room received first place awards for Outstanding 暗黑爆料 Operation for coverage of last summer鈥檚 and .
Reporters Grace Hood and Nathan Heffel were each singled out with Best Reporter awards.
Hood also won and place awards in the Best Investigative Reporting category for stories examining issues with online education in the state.
Heffel won first place awards in the and categories. KUNC received the awards in the Large/Medium Market category for work that was produced in 2012.
The KUNC news department has also been recognized this year with three awards from the and five regional awards from the Radio Television Digital 暗黑爆料 Association.
