The is providing free sandbags today to homeowners at risk for flooding after the .Sandbags will handed out until 4 p.m. at the Verizon Wireless building at 2424 Garden of the Gods Road. Volunteers will be on site to fill sandbags and residents are being encouraged to consult a contractor for advice on how to use them to protect their property.
